You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
Scrap prices displayed on the platform are indicative and may vary based on market conditions, material quality, and buyer evaluation.
SCRAPYARD is not responsible for disputes related to pricing between buyers and sellers.
Pickup services are coordinated between users and buyers. SCRAPYARD is not liable for delays, damages, or logistical issues during pickup.
Users must not:
• Provide false or misleading information
• Engage in fraudulent transactions
• Use the platform for illegal activities
SCRAPYARD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
We may integrate third-party services such as payment gateways. We are not responsible for their performance or policies.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
SCRAPYARD reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Faridabad, Haryana.
